Republican presidential front-runner Donald Trump made more than $90 million last year from properties he owns in South Florida — five times Jeb Bush's total net worth.

The figure excludes monies Trump make from real-estate licensing deals through luxury condos and hotels built that carry his name, the Miami Herald reports.

"His touch on the project was absolute magic," developer Gil Dezer, who partnered with Trump on two licensing projects in Sunny Isles Beach, told the Herald.

The developments are located on a barrier island in Miami-Dade County.

Trump will hold his first Florida campaign rally on Friday at the Trump National Doral golf resort in Miami, the Herald reports.

The property is his biggest money-maker, bringing nearly $50 million in revenue in 2014, based on the financial disclosure form filed in July.

Next is the Mar-a-Lago estate in West Palm Beach north of Miami that Trump turned into a private club. It brought Trump more than $15 million last year.

Two golf clubs — Trump International Golf Club, also in West Palm Beach, and Trump National Golf Club in Jupiter — each earned Trump more than $12 million, the Herald reports.

The four properties alone brought Trump a total of $90.1 million last year. He also earned $1.9 million in golf revenues from the White Course in Doral, bringing his earnings to more than $92 million.

The amount accounts for a quarter of the $362 million in revenues he made last year, according to the Herald.

Trump also listed two homes in Palm Beach that do not generate revenue.

By contrast, Bush and his wife, Columba, are worth $19 million to $22 million, campaign officials told the Herald.

The former Florida governor, who also is a developer and an investor, earned about $8.4 million last year from speaking fees and consulting through his Jeb Bush & Associates firm.

Bush divested the company to run for president.

Meanwhile, Rubio's net worth was estimated at $443,000 as of 2013 by the nonpartisan Center for Responsive Politics, according to the Herald.

The first-term senator, however, earned $30,000 in book royalties last year and between $100,001 and $1 million in royalties so far this year, the Herald reports.

Trump also has licensing agreements with several South Florida high-rises — the Trump Grande and Trump Towers, both in Sunny Isles — and Trump Hollywood in Broward County, the Herald reports.
