With Election Day only weeks away, the major media are still trying to ignore the blockbuster exposé of Obama − the new book The Amateur: Barack Obama in the White House by Edward Klein.
One reason for the cover-up may be that Klein's revelations are astounding and could even cost Obama the election.
Klein interviewed 200 of Obama's closest friends and associates − including his long-time personal physician in Chicago and the Rev. Jeremiah Wright, as well as close associates of Oprah and the Kennedys.
Klein, a former editor of the New York Times Magazine and a senior editor at Newsweek, is the celebrated author of numerous New York Times best-selling books, and has made regular appearances on shows like NBC's "Today" program.

But that was before he decided to run counter to the liberal establishment and reveal the "insider" truth about Obama − a course that has made him persona non grata as far as the mainstream media are concerned.
There are stunning allegations in "The Amateur" − including Rev. Wright's claim an Obama ally offered him a $150,000 bribe to shut up and not talk about what he knows about the president.
As Rush Limbaugh stated, "Klein's got this on tape" − a recorded interview with Wright that simply can't be ignored.
Limbaugh explained the censorship of Klein and "The Amateur" this way: "See, if Obama were a Republican, the entire world would know every detail of his life, and the media would be spending countless amounts of money going back however many years they had to to find out whatever kind of dirt there was on Obama."
But Obama is a Democrat and the media won't report the facts.

Going behind the White House curtain like no other journalist, Klein even reveals why the Kennedys and Oprah Winfrey were furious with Obama and felt betrayed.
The New York Times has slammed Klein's book and most of the major media are keeping it under wraps.
But their efforts are backfiring, and the book has picked up notable endorsements from Dick Cheney, Sean Hannity, Donald Trump, and Rupert Murdoch.
Mike Huckabee said it best: "None of the major networks is willing to have Ed on even though his book was No. 1 on the New York Times best-seller list for six weeks, and has been in the top 10 for I think 16 weeks.
"It is a runaway best-seller, the hottest political book of the entire election season, and none of the networks will talk to him about it.
"You might want to find out what they're so afraid of."
