President Barack Obama is anything but business friendly, says Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell.

"It's a very, very anti-business administration," the Kentucky Republican told a bankers group in Washington Wednesday, The Hill reports. "This is the most anti-business administration at least since Jimmy Carter."

The attitude in the White House, McConnell reportedly told the bankers, is that "if you're making a profit, you're up to no good. You must be mistreating somebody."

He reminded his audience that the GOP intends on using the debt limit as a bargaining chip to force entitlement cuts on Obama. The debt ceiling was suspended until May 18 and at some point after that will have to be raised.

"We are going to insist that we have this discussion one more time in conjunction with his request of us to raise the debt ceiling," McConnell said

He also said there is "zero chance, none" that Congress will withdraw the automatic spending cuts that took effect March 1.
