Klayman: 'Sad' We Learned of Hillary's 'Crimes' Through Leaks

Newsmax TV's "America Talks Live"

Former federal prosecutor Larry Klayman told Newsmax TV it is a sad state of affairs when Hillary Clinton's "crimes" had to be exposed via hacks and leaks rather than the legal system.

"Isn't it a sad commentary in our legal system that information had to come out about the crimes of Hillary Clinton through WikiLeaks and alleged Russian hacking when we had various Freedom of Information Act requests and lawsuits pending to get documentation during that period and very leftist, pro-Clinton, and Obama judges slow rolled all of that?" Klayman told host Miranda Khan on Monday's "America Talks Live."

"In fact, not just with regard to Freedom Watch, but with regard to my former group, Judicial Watch, and others. It's really a sad commentary, just to reiterate, that information had to come out through alleged Russian hacking or anything like that."

Klayman, the founder of Freedom Watch, added the claims of collusion between President Donald Trump and Russia are nothing but a "smear job."

"This is a smear job by the left to destroy the Trump presidency," he said.
