Anthony Scaramucci's wife has filed for divorce after three years because of the new White House communications director's "naked political ambition," Page Six of The New York Post reported Friday.

Citing "multiple sources" who have "exclusively" talked to Page Six, the report said that Deidre Ball, 38, worked as a vice president in investor relations for SkyBridge Capital, an investment banking firm.

Scaramucci, 52, founded Skybridge in 2005 and sold it in hopes of joining the Trump administration, Page Six reports.

He was a senior vice president at the Export-Import Bank in Washington when Trump appointed him last week, prompting the resignation of Sean Spicer.

Scaramucci and Ball began dating in 2011 and were believed to have married in 2014, Page Six reports. They have two children.

The marriage was his second.

Ball could not immediately be reached, according to the Post, and a spokesman for Scaramucci declined to comment.

"Deidre has left him and has filed for divorce," one source told the Post. "She liked the nice Wall Street life and their home on Long Island, not the insane world of D.C.

"She is tired of his naked ambition, which is so enormous that it left her at her wits' end."

A "second source close to Scaramucci" told Page Six that the couple had squared off over his loyalty to President Donald Trump.

"Deidre is not a fan of Trump – and she hasn’t exactly been on board and supportive of Anthony and his push to get back into the White House," the source said.

However, "Anthony is focusing on his children, his work for the president and the American people," the person added. "There is nothing more important to him."

According to reports cited by Page Six, Ball donated $5,400 to the congressional campaign Democrat Kathleen Rice in 2015.

She also contributed, that same year, $10,800 to Wisconsin Republican Gov. Scott Walker’s presidential campaign and $2,700 to former Florida Gov. Jeb Bush’s effort.

Scaramucci tweeted out a plea that his private life not be the focus of media exposure:
