A Pennsylvania delegate claims she was the victim of a sexual attack by a fellow delegate during last month's Democratic National Convention in Philadelphia.

The complaint, which is being investigated by the Philadelphia District Attorney's Office, was made by Gwen Snyder, a 30-year-old delegate for Sen. Bernie Sanders.

The Philadelphia Daily News reports Snyder told police the delegate who assaulted her in a DoubleTree Hotel bar was drunk, told her she "looked like she needed a hug … and buried his head in her chest, licking her breasts."

The DA's office had at first dismissed the complaint, but then decided to look into it following growing protests, including a petition and complains from the Philadelphia chapter of the National Organization for Women.
