During his eight years as president, Barack Obama ignored America’s immigration laws, policies, and enforcement with his open-borders end-runs around congressional and constitutional authority.

This caused immigration angst for most Americans.

His mean-spirited U.N. vote of "abstain" against Israel is but one of his last minute fillips to the America people. His various lame-duck dissing of the American people were  get even vengeance reprisals for Americans voting against his legacy and the continuation of his political policies.

The American public failed to accept Obama’s undefined immigration policy — if there ever was an Obama immigration policy. The radical ultra-left immigration open-borders policy of Obama and the Democrats confounded middle-America but heartened the secular elitist bastions of the East and West Coasts.

The arrival of the cavalry led by Donald J. Trump came on Nov. 8, 2016 — in time to save the U.S. from further purposeful national deterioration orchestrated by Barack Obama, and its continuation led by a President Hillary Clinton: a pawn of George Soros.

The elections of Donald Trump, a Republican majority in the U.S. Senate and House of Representatives, and an increase of Republicans in state and local official offices angered the "no drama Obama," the news media that revered "Mr. cool," the leftist elitists, and the so-called millennials.

The Trump electoral win and the many Republican wins caused apoplexy by the national newsmedia, the vacuous entertainment types, the radical anarchists, the frothy academicians and their feckless followers, and the under-educated products of the present-day public education system.

An example of the news media revulsion with the Trump/GOP wins was a New York Times headline of Monday Jan. 23, 2017, "Trump Repeats Lie About Popular Vote in Meeting With Lawmakers."

The New York Times editorial board in December 2016 wrote in an opinion piece, "Truth and Lies in the Age of Trump."

No such writing would appear about President Obama’s exaggerations.

The fighting in the Mideast and the actions of ISIS have been relegated to two-minute spots with coverage of Russia and Putin only when involved with attacks on Trump or his staffers, like Gen. Mike Flynn.

It can be correctly asserted that President Trump gives the news media some basis for some attacks based upon some of his statements. Trump does have a habit of over-reacting to any and all perceived misrepresentations about him no matter how trivial.

On the other hand, the news media purposely distorts or alters stories to embarrass or demean Trump and the Republicans. ABC News wrongly reported on Jan. 24, 2017 that a former President George W. Bush appointee was critical of Trump Press Secretary Sean Spicer.

ABC quickly retracted the story and apologized. Still the story circulated.

Time magazine correspondent Zeke Miller on Jan. 20, 2017 reported that the bust of the Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. had been removed from the Oval Office, implying Trump was a "racist."

Time said it was a mistake by Miller and he apologized, but the story had gone viral.

Meanwhile, the Los Angeles Times on Dec. 30, 2016, headlined that "violent crime" jumped for third straight year as police have to deal with crime gangs. It omitted most of the violent crime in Democratically-controlled Los Angeles and California involves illegal alien gangs.

The murder capital of the world, Chicago, Ill. has a Democratic mayor, Rahm Emanuel.

He also chooses to ignore the realities of crime gangs, many of which are made up of illegal aliens. In the first 23 days of January, 2017 there were 42 homicides and 228 persons shot; both numbers higher than 2016 for the same period.

In 2016, Chicago had 762 homicides and at least 3, 355 shootings. These homicides and shootings reflect a drop in police making street stops and police fear of being scapegoats to political correctness.

Emanuel and the Chicago Democrats blame everybody but their own political correctness as they ignore the root causes of the human carnage — poor schools, unbridled and unwarranted entitlements, emasculating all desires of self-improvement and responsibility by people of color, the illegal alien gangs, the black gangs, and the illegal drug distribution.

Chicago Democrats and Democrats nationwide encourage a lack of civil, moral, and personal responsibility for one’s actions.

Emanuel and his minions rather deflect the violent crime rates with declarations of their Chicago as a "sanctuary city" and all illegal aliens including criminal gang members are welcome.

According to the Chicago Tribune article of Jan. 14, 2017 illegal aliens in the Chicago area have a message for President Trump, "We are here to stay." The article quoted a community organizer for the Little Village, a community that is 82 percent Hispanic, who said the residents "are willing to stay involved and take action."

What other nation would tolerate illegal aliens residing in the nation who openly defy and disobey national laws, threatening action against the government?
