SEOUL, South Korea -- North Korea's Foreign Ministry says a recent U.N. resolution condemning the communist country's human rights abuses is a U.S.-led political plot. The ministry also warned Saturday that the United States, the European Union and Japan "will be held fully accountable for all the unpredictable consequences" of leading the move. The ministry said the resolution is "full of sheer lies and fabrications." The U.N. Human Rights Council passed the resolution Thursday.
