ST. PAUL, Minn. -- Closing arguments are under way in the trial over Minnesota's disputed U.S. Senate seat.
Attorneys for Republican Norm Coleman and Democrat Al Franken have an hour each to summarize their cases.
Coleman, who had been seeking his second term, brought the lawsuit after a recount put Franken ahead by 225 votes.
More than 100 witnesses testified during the seven weeks of trial, and thousands of pages of evidence were introduced. A key issue has been whether some absentee ballots were wrongly rejected and should be counted.
