Is Music the Secret to Maintaining Memory With Age?

Music Training Boosts Memory — These 7 Things Ruin It

Recent University of Texas research found that music training boosts memory.

Both musicians and non-musicians took memory tests while scientists monitored electrical activity in subjects’ brains with EEG machines.

To test working memory, the study participants were asked to select pictorial or verbal items that they'd just been given. Then, participants were asked to judge whether they had seen each item previously.

Dr. Blaylock warns that you should take any memory loss seriously. If over age 40, you should start taking action to preserve your brain function. Unfortunately, even doctors often dismiss early stages of brain disease as “normal aging.”

Because these threats to your brain are so significant, Newsmax Health created a free video presentation: These 7 Things Activate Alzheimer’s in Your Brain. This video reveals some of what Dr. Blaylock has gleaned from his decades as a neurosurgeon and expert in brain degenerative disorders.

  • The 2 root causes of all neurodegenerative diseases (and many other diseases as well)…
  • Simple lifestyle changes and natural therapies to prevent, treat, and reverse these disorders…
  • Triggers for brain damage you must recognize and neutralize…
  • And much more…

I’m sure you know how devastating dementia, Alzheimer’s, or other brain disorders can be. Perhaps you’ve watched a friend or loved one slowly waste away, forgetting who they are — and who you are. With these conditions targeting millions of Americans, there’s no time to waste.

Editor’s Note: Brain degenerative diseases that were once seen primarily in the elderly age group are now showing up in 50-year-olds — and sometimes as early as the 30s and 40s. Click here now to see how to protect your brain with Dr. Blaylock’s simple strategies.
