Beware of Artificial Sweeteners

Some sugar substitutes have been linked to cancer in animals. We know this to be a fact, and yet our supermarkets are filled with junk food, even the high-end health conscious ones.

Get rid of chemicals from your diet. Unless it comes from the earth, there is no reason to eat it.

Chemical-laden foods started about 50 years ago when we learned that we can make foods last pretty much forever by adding chemicals to them.

The idea seemed good at first, because by being able to preserve foods, we needed less refrigeration. Food became abundant, so many people who would otherwise go without food had access to all types of food.

But like everything else, too much of a good thing usually turns out to be not so good. The use of chemicals increased to the exclusion of natural, healthy, fresh foods, and people started to get sick.

No one pointed it out, and the medical establishment never made the connection between the foods we eat and the increase in certain diseases.

Focusing on getting rid of cancer once you get it, but not on getting your diet cleaned up, is criminal.

Eat lots of mushrooms and stay away from dairy, caffeine, and eliminate alcohol. I know it sounds harsh, but if you really want to protect yourself and lower your chances of getting cancer, these things have to go.

It seems odd that people don’t make the decision to improve their diet their first priority.

The alternative is a much higher risk of getting cancer, having chemo, losing your hair, having surgery, undergoing radiation, feeling horrific … and worse. I am at a loss to understand how continuing to eat garbage is OK.
