How Can I Get Rid of My Belly Fat?

By    |   Tuesday, 23 Jul 2013 09:46 AM

Question: I work out really hard and can’t seem to get rid of my belly fat? What can I do?

Dr. Hibberd’s answer:

Join the Club. The athletic club! Many of us are plagued with excessive belly fat. This is our body's storage depot, and the only way to rid of it is to increase our abdominal muscle tone and convert that fat into muscle.

Weight loss alone is often insufficient, but this is the healthy way to go. Liposuction may solve the cosmetic problem but not correct the inactivity and deconditioning problem that is causing your belly fat.
