Help for Chronic Fatigue Syndrome

By Russell Blaylock, M.D.   |   Monday, 12 Aug 2013 08:58 AM

Question: My friend used to be incredibly active, then one day she was just unable to get out of bed and face life. Is it possible that she is suffering from brain inflammation?
Dr. Blaylock's Answer:
This sounds a great deal like chronic fatigue syndrome, which may be another of the
immunoexcitotoxic disorders. Studies have shown that eliminating dietary excitotoxins help a number of people. CoQ10 has also been shown to be of real benefit.

Gotu kola may also help, as it stimulates brain activation and repair. Vitamin D3, magnesium, and a good multivitamin/mineral are also vital for reversing this condition.
