Jeb Bush's decision to "actively explore the possibility" of a 2016 presidential run, announced in December, generated Twitter reactions from political pundits and ordinary citizens.

The younger brother of President George W. Bush and son of George H.W. Bush could become the third member of his family to hold the nation's highest office. The last non-Bush Republican commander-in-chief was President Ronald Regan, who employed H.W. Bush as his vice president.
