LOS ANGELES -- The Los Angeles location of a private funeral service for Michael Jackson is a place long associated with celebrities. Sprawling Forest Lawn Memorial Park in the Hollywood Hills is the final resting place for dozens of actors, musicians and other notables, including Liberace, Gene Autry, Bette Davis and Andy Gibb. Recently deceased actor David Carradine and Ed McMahon also are buried there. Forest Lawn has sweeping views of the San Fernando Valley and is close to the Warner Bros. and Walt Disney studios. Scenes from the 1915 W.D. Griffith epic "The Birth of a Nation" were filmed in the area. The Jackson family held a private service at Forest Lawn on Tuesday morning before heading to a public memorial at Staples Center in downtown Los Angeles. It's still not clear whether Jackson's body will be buried at Forest Lawn.
