Rush: Media Cover-up Hides Whoopi Text

As more and more details of Thursday night's X-rated Democratic Party fund-raiser at Radio City Music Hall leak out, it's becoming clear why the Kerry-Edwards campaign wants the video kept under lock and key.

Though New York City tabloids were buzzing about the event Friday morning, information about exactly what went on was scarce.

Noted top talker Rush Limbaugh just hours after the curtain came down, "When you read stories of what happened here last night, you can't even get a quote from what was said by Whoopi Goldberg."

Limbaugh said he'd been "getting e-mails all morning" from listeners who wanted to know exactly what Goldberg said, "[but] nobody's got the guts to report it because it's not printable."

The top talker said he managed to get one account from OpinionJournal.com's John Fund.

"I can understand why this is hard to print," Rush explained, "because every time she referred to 'Bush' and used that word, she kept pointing to her nether regions."

"We should keep Bush where he belongs," Goldberg allegedy urged as she gestured downwards.

According to Fund's version, the dirty-talking star was not only carrying a bottle of wine, she was slurring her words as she spoke, sometimes referring to Bush under her breath using a euphemism for excrement.

"It was nothing but pure, unadulterated hate," concluded Limbaugh, about what could become the first major scandal of the Kerry-Edwards campaign.
