The HTML should be coded by hand to ensure
clean compact code.
Please Don't use MS Word's 'Save as HTML'
feature.
Don't use MS Frontpage or any other WYSIWYG Web
design software.
If you cannot code HTML by hand, we would
prefer that you layout your e-mail in Word so that we can
produce the HTML markup for you.

Do not use global CSS selectors. For example,
instead of BODY {font-size:10pt;} use .mycopy {font-size:10pt;}
Do not use CSS absolute positioning
No Java, JavaScript, frames, or ActiveX.
Images can be hosted by you or by Newsmax
A maximum width of 650 pixels applies
Microsoft Word
If you are unable to supply the creative in
HTML format, you can send your copy in a Word document.
(Fees may apply for design.)
Use Word's formatting tools to show how you
would like the text formatted.
Embed the images in the Word document to show
layout, etc.
Please also provide any images used as separate
attachments as well.
We will produce the HTML and format to match
your document as closely as possible.
Plain Text
Include your copy text inline in an an e-mail
and attach any images to the e-mail.
We will produce the HTML and apply simple
formatting.
