California Chrome won Saturday's 139th Preakness Stakes at Pimlico Race Course with his trademark strong finish to stay on course for the Triple Crown.

Ridden by Victor Espinoza, California Chrome followed up his victory in the Kentucky Derby by winning the Preakness. The colt now just needs to win the Belmont Stakes to become the first horse in 36 years to complete the elusive Triple Crown.
