Anti-abortion groups are achieving more and more of their goals. And now they’re launching a staunch effort to take away government funding from Planned Parenthood, Politico reports.

A coalition of national and local anti-abortion groups started a new website, Expose Planned Parenthood, Tuesday. The website represents the nexus of the coalition’s attempt to keep government money out of Planned Parenthood’s hands.

Public opinion has turned markedly in favor of anti-abortion forces in recent years. Abortion rights promoters are now focusing on a fight against are Republican bill to forbid taxpayer funding of abortion.

The Judiciary Committee’s constitution subcommittee is scheduled to consider the bill, introduced by Rep. Chris Smith, R-N.J., next week.
