The level of support for Obamacare is receding as people are finding out more about the legislation, according to Dr. Ben Carson.
"We've had three years now to see what's in it," Dr. Ben Carson told Fox News Channel on Monday, "and the level of enthusiasm has not gone up. In fact, it is going down as people are finding out what's happening."
"People who want Obamacare repealed have to realize they just can't sit around and complain about it," Carson said. "They have to do something about it."

"The people are the ultimate bosses in this society, even though the government thinks that it is," he said, urging people to find out how their senators and representatives voted on the original bill and see if they have changed their minds.
If not, "they should pay the consequences at the ballot box," Carson said. "That's how you change things."
Carson said he doesn't favor attaching Obamacare funding to the rest of the budget, but thinks it should be put into its own bill without threatening a government shutdown.
It's not only patients who don't like the plan, he said, but doctors as well.
"It's extremely bad. I haven't talked to anybody who's very happy about this, quite frankly," he said.
Doctors, already faced with huge levels of documentation for insurance companies, will see yet another level of documentation.
"They have basically taken a lot of independence away from hospitals, away from physicians, and really have taken the joy out of it," Carson said.
