The ratings for CNN keep on falling, with "The Situation Room with Wolf Blitzer" falling to fourth place behind Fox News, MSNBC, and HLN, Breitbart reports.

During the 5 p.m. hour on cable news channels, only 29,000 viewers in the advertiser-coveted 25-54 demographic watched Blitzer while more than five times as many, 161,000, from that age group tuned into Fox's "The Five."

Roughly 57,000 viewers in the same demographic caught MSNBC's "The Ed Show" while even Headline News Network's "Forensic Files" had more people watching it, 31,000, in the key age range than wanted to see Blitzer.

However, in overall viewing numbers, Blitzer beat HLN, coming in third place for the evening.

The Fox News numbers were more than all three other news shows put together, once again proving its dominance in the market that has seen the news network beat the competition for 150 straight months, Breitbart said.

CNN was even beaten in the ratings during the second quarter of the year by HLN, which came in second place.
