Fans of the classic horror film "Rosemary's Baby" got a sneak peek at the new NBC remake starring Zoe Saldana this week when the network released a handful of promo images.
Saldana, the 35-year-old actress of "Avatar" and "Star Trek" fame, was cast as the star of the upcoming four-hour miniseries back in January. She'll play an updated version of the role Mia Farrow originated in the 1968 Roman Polanski film, which was based on Ira Levin's 1967 novel.
The show will chronicle the story of Rosemary and her husband as they move into a Paris apartment and conceive a child. But as the pregnancy progresses, Rosemary starts to suspect that her kooky neighbors and her husband have a secret agenda for the baby's future.

Though the original "Rosemary's Baby" was set in New York City, the miniseries' move to Paris is likely an attempt to freshen and breathe new life into the well-known story.
The miniseries is scheduled to air in May
