The "Weed Fairy" has come to the Emerald City.
The fairy, 23-year-old Yeni Sleidi, spent her Memorial Day weekend posting about 50 flyers throughout Seattle, Washington, according to Fox News.
Attached to the leaflets were free nuggets of marijuana and the message, "These are tough times. Take the weed, and keep your spirits high."
Sleidi, who goes by the Twitter handle @danksyappleweed, told Seattle's Fox affiliate KCPQ
that she just wants to help lift spirits during difficult times.

"I think people are a little worried, because this is something new, and suspicious," she told the station. "But it's real weed and it's not dangerous. It will get you high."
"People mostly laughed," Sleidi told The Associated Press.
Probably more like giggled uncontrollably.
This isn't Sleidi's first time handing out free cannabis. She also provided the drug in Brooklyn, New York, during the October government shutdown, inspired by several friends who were affected by it, Gawker.com reported.
She had to be more careful in New York, though, since the state hasn't legalized marijuana for recreational use. But Washington state and Colorado made that legal in 2012, so Sleidi felt comfortable signing her name to the flyers.
"I've been more open about it in Washington," she told KCPQ. "They have worse things to worry about; I don't think they are going to come after the weed fairy. I felt so relaxed about it . . . I wouldn't feel comfortable doing it elsewhere in the country."
