“Hi, I’m Mary,” said the mysterious woman. “Looks like you’ve been on the road while. Let’s get you settled and we’ll make you a plate. Welcome to Terminus.”
In Sunday’s Episode 15, Glenn is finally reunited with his wife, Maggie, who has been leaving him messages to meet her at Terminus. They, along with several other survivors — Sasha, Bob, Abraham, Eugene, Rosita, and Tara — arrive at the gated compound and see gardens, as well as Mary, welcoming them to the oasis away from the zombies.
Rick, Carl, and Michonne are also headed toward Terminus, walking railroad tracks to the "Sanctuary for All." Daryl heads that way too, joined by a group of outlaws who are looking for Rick.
Terminus itself appears to be like an old warehouse.
Executive producer Greg Nicotero, who directed Sunday’s “Us” episode, told The Hollywood Reporter that Mary, played by Denise Crosby, wasn't the only person at Terminus.
“No, she's not the only one who's there," he said. "She's the one that we see first, but we'll quite quickly meet others. In this particular situation, it's easy for them to get in. It's not like they had to go through checkpoints or anything. As they're walking into Terminus, the gate is open and there's a note that says to close it behind you. We see flowers, and we hear a bit of noise from some people milling about. Mary just happens to be the first one; she's the welcoming committee.”
This Sunday’s episode will be the season finale for "The Walking Dead." The video below is the preview for Sunday's show.
