A new SUV attack video depicting a group of bikers in New York City last month surfaced Tuesday.

In the newly released video, 33-year-old Alexian Lien is seen being dragged from his Range Rover by half a dozen bikers.

The bikers then throw Lien to the ground behind the SUV, where they proceed to beat him with their helmets while taking turns stomping on him before leaving him on the ground in front of his wife and 2-year-old daughter, who are in the vehicle at the time.

The assault lasts about 20 seconds.

The new SUV attack video, which was aired exclusively on ABC 7 Eyewitness News, was recorded by a bystander on a cell phone. The footage has been turned over to the authorities.

The video was released the same day the ninth biker, 40-year-old Jason Brown of Brooklyn, was charged in connection with the attack, the New York Daily News reported.

According to sources involved in the case, Brown is one of several bikers seen using his helmet to beat Lien in the clip, ABC 7 reported. The helmet reportedly struck the victim with such force that it broke the helmet's visor.

Brown, who has 18 prior arrests that date back to 1989, is currently being held on $300,000 bail, the New York Daily News noted.

Among those who have been arraigned in the SUV attack is a 10-year NYPD veteran, Wojciech Braszczok. Braszczok is accused of punching in a car window during the assault. Braszczok faces charges of rioting and criminal mischief.

The assault occurred on Sept. 29, when Lien lightly bumped the back of a motorcycle with several dozen cohorts who appeared to have been attempting to shut down traffic on NYC's West Side Highway. The group was prevented from congregating in Times Square earlier in the day by the NYPD.

A helmet camera worn by one of the bikers captured the scene; bikers attempted to surround the SUV, which broke through the biker hoard. In the process, one biker was run over. A six-minute, 50-block pursuit ensues that ended in NYC's Washington Heights neighborhood, where Lien was dragged from the SUV and beaten.
