Sofia Vergara, star of ABC's "Modern Family," claimed Forbes' top spot for highest paid TV actress for the second year in a row after raking in $30 million for her acting work, endorsement deals, and spokeswoman gigs.

The 14th annual Forbes Celebrity 100 list compiles the earnings of American celebrities from June 2012 through June 2013, analyzing only cash earned from completed projects or deals.

Vergara, 41, took the No. 1 spot yet again thanks to a bevy of income from "Modern Family," her K-Mart clothing line, and endorsement deals with Diet Pepsi, Covergirl, State Farm insurance, and thyroid medication Synthroid.

The Colombian actress also serves as executive producer of ABC's new drama "Killer Women," and co-owns management company Latin World Entertainment.

"Law & Order" star Mariska Hargitay and Kaley Cuoco from "Big Bang Theory" tied for second with $11 million apiece, while the No. 4 spot was crowded with a group of TV actresses who all pulled in $10 million: "30 Rock's" Tina Fey; Bravo personality and talk show host Bethenny Frankel; reality stars Kourtney, Kim, and Khloe Kardashian; "Mike & Molly's" Melissa McCarthy, and "Grey's Anatomy's" Ellen Pompeo.

On the overall list of celebrities — film/TV actors and actresses, musicians, personalities, etc. — Oprah Winfrey was named the top earner with $77 million, despite taking a massive hit now that her eponymous daytime talk show has ended.
