Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi shared the results of her DNA testing this week and the results were shocking even for the wild and crazy reality TV star.

Polizzi, whose rose to fame on MTV's "Jersey Shore," was adopted as a child and always identified as Chilean because she was reportedly born in the South American country. But on Tuesday night's episode of her spinoff show "Snooki & JWOWW," the pint-sized reality star received news that she's not Chilean at all.

After giving birth to her son Lorenzo last year, Polizzi said she wanted to find out more about her ethnic heritage.

"If I'm an alien that would be the best case scenario, because I've always wanted to be an alien," she said on Tuesday night's episode. "I feel like I'm from another planet, but, ya know, I feel like that's impossible."

According to her official DNA testing results, Polizzi is part Romani, which is an ethnic tribe from Northern India, gypsy, Iberian American, South Asian, East Asian, Middle Eastern, and Jewish with roots in North Western Croatia, Macedonia, Slovakia, Russia, and Spain.

Shocked by the results, Polizzi dissolved in a fit of giggles.

"I'm a gyspy?!" she asked the testing center employee incredulously.

"Gypsies are cool. They have good fashion. They're outrageous … that's me," she later said in an interview. "It makes sense now. Sometimes I feel psychic and I predict things, so now I kind of get it because I'm a gypsy."

Later on, she tried explaining her DNA testing results to fiancé Jionni LaValle who asked, "You're Jewish? You celebrate Yom Kippur?"

"Jewish is, like, a part of Europe," Polizzi said.
