Conservative talk show host Michael Savage plans to return to radio within two weeks after winning a legal battle against his former bosses, according to the San Francisco Chronicle.

“I've got to get back before these [presidential] debates are over … And when I do, it will be bigger than ever," the San Francisco-based Savage said Tuesday.

The nationally syndicated host fought a lengthy battle to get out of his contract with the Talk Radio Network. His lawyer, Daniel Horowitz, said Savage is in talks with three "major players" he declined to name.

Among the most popular and controversial talk show hosts, Savage had a listening audience estimated at 8 million before leaving the network, according to the online magazine Talkers.
