After Sarah Palin confirmed in October that she would not be pursuing a presidential campaign, observers expected her to build her media career.

Now the former Alaska governor may be appearing on the small screen in a new reality television series.

Palin and Mark Burnett, the producer of “Sarah Palin’s Alaska” that aired last year on TLC, are pitching a new reality program to the cable networks, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

The new reality show will focus on Palin’s spouse Todd and his participation in snowmobile racing competitions.

The Palin family has been steadily moving into Kardashian territory with both Sarah and daughter Bristol Palin having starred in reality series.

Bristol was able to obtain a spot on the reality cable dial after achieving fame via her appealing performances on ABC’s “Dancing With the Stars.”

Discovery Communications, owner of TLC, and A&E have reportedly passed on the new reality show due to the price tag that Palin and Burnett have attached to the project.

Palin's “Alaska” purportedly cost the TLC cable network more than $1 million.
