The Oscars pizza guy that made the now infamous delivery on Sunday finally got his fat tip from host Ellen DeGeneres that was collected from Hollywood's A-listers at the awards ceremony.
Edgar Martirosyan, owner of Big Mama's and Papa's Pizza on Sunset Boulevard, appeared on "The Ellen DeGeneres Show" Monday to recap his brush with fame but said he had no idea he'd be receiving a $1,000 tip.

Martirosyan was simply working as a deliveryman Sunday when he got an order for three pies to the Dolby Theatre in Hollywood — the site of the 86th Annual Academy Awards. He was originally told he'd be making the delivery to a group of writers backstage but was instead met by DeGeneres, who led him out on stage and down through the audience. Moments later, he was handing slices to Brad Pitt, Angelina Jolie, Harrison Ford, and his favorite actress, Julia Roberts.
"I didn't know," Martirosyan told CNN's "Piers Morgan Tonight" Monday
. "I was just shocked. It was a really great moment . . . I'm thinking that's when you say American dream, this is really the American dream."
After a commercial break, DeGeneres peddled for tip money in the audience and collected about $600, which she then gave to Martirosyan Monday on her talk show along with another $400.
Ararat Agakhanyan, who co-owns one of Mama's and Papa's 20 California locations, said business has skyrocketed because of the Oscars exposure.
"All of our locations are crazy busy right now," he told the Los Angeles Times
in an interview Monday. "We had no idea that our pizzas were going to be on TV. We're ordering supplies like mad, stocking up on cheese, pepperoni, sausage, and boxes and shipping them out to the different stores."
