"Muppets Most Wanted," Disney's latest sequel project, released a poster of the upcoming movie with a Kermit lookalike and co-stars Tina Fey, Ricky Gervais, and Ty Burrell.

The poster for the second offering from the original "The Muppets," will help draw interest to the movie which was hyped by Disney during its D23 Expo over the summer, according to Moviefone.com. Drew Taylor, of Moviefone, wrote Monday that the Muppet caper could use a positive boost.

"After the lackluster, kid-friendly trailer of 'Muppets Most Wanted' that was attached to 'Planes,' we were bracing for the worst," Taylor wrote. "However, we were pleasantly surprised by the hilarious footage shown at D23, which included a musical number . . . Now a new poster . . . promises all sorts of international fun from the film, which is set to debut this March."

The Kermit evil lookalike Constantine, distinguished by a "bad guy" mole on the poster, has his sights set on a diamond heist in the case of mistaken identity, according to Moviefone. Gervais plays one of the bad guys, Burrell is an Interpol agent on the hunt and Fey is a Russian secret guard. What else would Fey play in a Muppet movie?

The movie will have plenty of cameos, including "Thor: The Dark World's" Tim Hiddleston, Lady Gaga, Sean "Diddy" Combs, Salma Hayek and Ross Lynch, according to IMDb.com.

After the poster was released on Monday, fans expressed their feelings about the upcoming spring movie on Twitter.

James Bobin is directing "Muppets Most Wanted" and co-writing with Nicholas Stoller, according to Empireonline.com. It is scheduled for release on March 28.
