Molly Schuyler gobbled up a 72-ounce steak dinner in under five minutes, breaking the previous steak-eating record, before devouring a second 72-ounce steak in under 10 minutes on Monday.
Joey Chestnut previously held the record at The Big Texan Steak Ranch in Amarillo, Texas, where he ate a 72-ounce steak in eight minutes and 52 seconds in 2008.

Schuyler, a 125-pound mother of four, is a professional competitive eater from Bellevue, Nebraska. She broke a wing-eating contest record earlier this year.
Monday’s record-breaking meals included all the sides: a baked potato, shrimp, salad, and a bread roll.
Schuyler told NBC Dallas-Fort Worth that she could have eaten a third meal
and hopes to do so another time.
Big Texan Steak Pit Master Tony Love told the station that Schuyler has set the bar high for everybody.
"Yeah, that's a challenge to all the males, you know what I'm saying?" he said. "If you can't eat two, then you've done nothing, you know what I'm saying?"
Schuyler, who posted on Twitter that she keeps to herself for the most part, had this to say on Monday:
