Miranda Lambert received six nominations for the CMT Music Awards, and she is in the running against her husband Blake Shelton for video of the year.
Lambert has an advantage over her husband, as she has multiple shots at winning CMT's video of the year award. She is nominated for "Automatic" and for "We Were Us," which she sang with Keith Urban. Blake Shelton is up for "Boys Round Here," which features Pistol Annies and Friends. Lambert is a member of Pistol Annies.

Florida Georgia Line and Luke Bryan earned five nominations. Urban and Taylor Swift received four nominations each.
The CMT Awards will air the day after Lambert's new album "Platinum" is released. County Weekly reported that Lambert
wrote or co-wrote eight of the 16 songs on the album, which includes collaborations with Carrie Underwood, The Time Jumpers and Little Big Town.
Lambert said in November that she's not that interested in Twitter.
Her husband, on the other hand, has 4.4 million followers.
Lambert said she admires her husband for his intelligence.
"Blake is really smart," Lambert said. "I mean, he jokes a lot of the time — he's not serious very often, but he's really smart and when he chooses the moments to be serious and has ideas, and kind of suggest things to me about my career or something I'm doing, I listen, because he's been at it a lot longer than I have, too."
