Miley Cyrus 'Adore You': New Racy Music Video Is What You'd Expect

Miley Cyrus released her new racy "Adore You" video on Thursday, but she wasn't happy about it being leaked online a day early on Christmas.

The YouTube post was quickly yanked down on Wednesday and then put out as planned on Thursday. Cyrus tweeted, “We all know Smilers would break another record if it wasn't for the f— face who leaked my video. Alllllll good! Keep smiling."

Later she tweeted a request that fans watch the official video.

Most of the video shows Cyrus writhing on white sheets, barely dressed in a skin-colored bra and panties. Between licking her fingers and playing with her lips, along with more extensive bodily exploration, Cyrus’ video lives up to the reputation the singer has been cultivating since leaving “Hannah Montana.”

Comments on the video are mixed.

“My little sis used to watch Hannah Montana show when she was like 6 years old... since then she loves Miley and to be honest i kinda like some of her songs too.... now my sis is 11 years old, she's still a little girl and still a Miley fan. But the image of my little sis watching THIS.. well, let's say it's not a good image... the song is good, the vid not so much... enough is enough... thank you Miley for showing kids how to ‘be themselves’...:/,” wrote one person on the YouTube site.

Another, though, didn’t agree. “I love the new MILEY .Beautiful.Daring and provocative ..love u more Miley ..”

The singer knows how to incite controversy and there was no shortage of comments saying that Cyrus was just working the ratings and reviews, not to mention ramping up the hype to sell records.

“I think you could have done something so much more spectacular for the video. But I understand... publicity, views, money, popularity, 'self expression' wins everytime,” wrote one fan.

You can watch the "Adore You" video on YouTube, but don't say we didn't warn you.
