A little girl from Florida is the Internet's newest viral sensation after she surprised her deaf parents at her kindergarten holiday concert last week by using sign language to interpret each and every song for them.
Lori and Tom Koch, of Clearwater, Fla., are both deaf, so they made sure to sit in the front row at the Plumb Elementary School Christmas concert last week, right near a professional interpreter. They had no idea that their 5-year-old daughter Claire, who is not deaf, would sign everything for them.

"I didn't ask her, it wasn't expected. It was just a surprise," Lori Koch told the Tampa Bay Times.
Koch uploaded a video of the concert to YouTube and the clip quickly amassed millions of views.
"I just was amazed," she said. "I couldn't believe the attention that it got."
Claire Koch began signing before she even learned to speak, her parents told the Times. The little girl said she chose to sign the Christmas songs for her parents so they could feel included.
"It made me happy," she said, "because Mom and Dad can understand the music now."
During a week where the spotlight was on sign language, Lori Koch said her daughter "is a much better interpreter than Nelson's fake one."
