Teenage car crashes are pretty routine, but your bumper cruncher makes international headlines if you're Kylie Jenner, 16-year-old daughter of reality stars Bruce and Kris Jenner, and a member of the Kardashian clan, and driving a $125,000 Mercedes birthday present.

With only 18 days on the road under her belt since getting her license, according to, Kylie Jenner was involved in a three-car chain reaction collision Wednesday in Calabasas, Calif. The celebrity website said Jenner rammed her starter car, a luxe SUV, into the back of a Toyota, which was then pushed into the back of a Subaru SUV.

According to London's, reality star sister Kourtney Kardashian celebrated her sister getting her license recently by tweeting a picture of her sister's vehicle with the message: "Look out world! @kyliejenner is a licensed driver!"

Apparently, the drivers in the Toyota and Subaru didn't get the Tweet, but the MailOnline reported there were no injuries revealed at the accident site.

The Los Angeles Times reported that Jenner's Mercedes had been taken to a body shop for repairs and that Jenner talked about her feelings on Twitter, though not referencing the accident.

"What do I have to do to not get bothered by something for one day," Kylie Jenner posted. "I still shed a tear every once in a while."

E! News reported that the Lost Hills Sherriff's Office confirmed that "nothing illegal and nothing unusual" happened in the accident or with the exchange of information.
