Kesha hit the red carpet over the weekend in her first appearance since leaving the Illinois rehab facility where she sought treatment for an eating disorder nearly three months ago.

She was released from rehab March 6, and made her first public appearance Saturday night in Beverly Hills, Calif., at the Humane Society's 60th Anniversary Gala.
"Since exiting rehab Kesha has been focusing on her inner strength and practicing self-love — really making sure she’s continuing to follow the rules and guidelines set for her while in rehab," Patrick Gomez, a reporter for People magazine, recently told "Good Morning America."
In an effort to rid the negative influences from her life, Kesha also dropped the $ from her moniker and changed her Twitter name from @Ke$haSuxx to @KeshaRose.
