John Schneider in WWE Armor Just Warming Up for Seahawks Win

Tuesday, 04 Feb 2014 09:38 AM

By Alexandra Ward

Despite a photo making the Internet rounds, Seattle Seahawks general manager John Schneider did not rip his shirt off and parade around in a WWE championship belt Sunday after his team won Super Bowl XLVIII.

Nope, he pulled that stunt a few weeks before the team dominated the Denver Broncos, 43-8.

The photo of Schneider acting like a drunk fraternity brother started circulating over the weekend and many media outlets framed it as a post-Super Bowl win party picture, but NFL writer Greg Bedard set the record straight Monday.

Either way though, the picture is pretty funny.
