Jen Arnold announced just two months ago that she was battling
a rare form of cancer but the TLC reality star revealed this week that the disease is already in remission.
Arnold, who stars with her husband Bill Klein on "The Little Couple," told People magazine
that she has completed treatment for stage 3 choriocarcinoma, a rare cancer that occurred after she had a failed pregnancy.
"I had my official last chemo treatment," she said. "And while I'm hesitant to say I'm cancer-free — maybe that's common for people who have had cancer — I'm doing great. Everything is moving in the right direction. I am very excited."

The 39-year-old neonatologist also posted the happy news on Twitter.
Arnold and Klein, also 39, both have forms dwarfism, with Arnold standing just 3-feet, 2-inches tall and her husband measuring in at 4 feet. For the last five years, they've documented their lives on TLC's "The Little Couple," including their struggle to have children.
Last year, the couple adopted a 3-year-old Chinese boy named Will and a 2-year-old girl from India named Zoey. Both children also have forms of dwarfism.
Arnold said her husband has played a huge part in her recovery.
"Bill knows when I'm not doing well and he takes such good care of me," she told People. "That was huge. That and enjoying watching my children play was a huge uplifting part of my treatment. With kids running around, you don't have much time to feel sorry for yourself."
