Berlin Helicopter Crash Video: Shocking Accident Caught on Camera in Germany

Thursday, 21 Mar 2013 11:17 AM

By John Bachman

Authorities in Berlin, Germany confirm that at least one person is dead after two helicopters collided and crashed to the ground. Witnesses say the helicopters were attempting to land in near white-out snowy conditions when at the time of the accident.

The helicopters were participating in a federal police drill near Berlin’s Olympic stadium.

The crash was captured on video. The wintery weather conditions obscure the view, but the video does show debris flying from the crash site. Video also captures the sound of the crash.
