Hayley Howard, a 19-year-old University of New Orleans student, has been missing since the weekend, when she was last seen dropping off a friend at a dorm.
According to CBS News, Howard called her boyfriend at 2 a.m. Saturday
and said she was on her way home after a group of people helped her fix a flat tire on her 2002 Toyota Corolla. The New Orleans Police Department tracked her cell phone at about 6 a.m. Saturday along Irish Bayou. They were searching the area and looking for signs of a vehicle entering the water.
