Two bodies were found Wednesday inside a building on campus at the Alexander W. Dreyfoos Jr. School of the Arts in West Palm Beach, Fla., police said.

WPBF 25 News reported that a SWAT team swept the entire campus, but there was no active threat, according to West Palm Beach Police Capt. David Bernhardt.

Police were notified by a school employee who found the bodies in the maintenance building around 6:30 a.m.

Fox 29 reported that one of the people found dead is a school custodian, the Palm Beach County School District spokesman confirmed.

Police said there were no signs of trauma.

“It could turn out to be a homicide investigation later on,” Bernhardt told WPBF. “It could just be a normal death investigation.”

Classes ended in May, but it was unclear if summer classes were scheduled, according to WPBF.

The identities of the victims had not yet been released.
