Travelers planning on visiting one of the "Happiest Places on Earth" took to social media this week to voice their outrage at Disney's recently announced price hikes at its Florida and California theme parks.
Disney announced on its blog over the weekend that tickets would be "adjusted with new pricing" beginning June 2.

The California Disneyland one-day adult ticket jumped to $92, up from $87, while a ticket for children ages 3 to 9 went up to $86. The same tickets at Florida's Magic Kingdom jumped $6 to $95 for adults and $89 for kids. Even the cost of parking went up $1 a day at both parks.
The price hikes sparked strong reactions from Twitter users.
Others spoke out in the comments section on a Yahoo! story on the increases.
"Never been there and never will
, and now that it's basically $100 for one day and most of that will be in never-ending lines, they can forget it," one person wrote. "How sad that Disney of all places wants to gouge you like this. Shame on you Disney."
"Just don't go. Then prices will drop," one posted. "People have control of prices if they take it. All they have to do is say 'no.'"
"Hmmmm, let's see... pay the mortgage and eat or go to Disneyland. Decisions, decisions," another user commented.
