Demi Moore, 51, was pictured with her younger new boyfriend, 27-year-old Sean Friday, a tattooed drummer for the band "Dead Sara" on a beach in Mexico over New Year's holiday.

With a physique that appeared to belong to a 21-year-old, Moore has in the past made headlines for dating men who were much younger than her, including 35-year-old Ashton Kutcher and 29-year-old Jayson Blair.

Moore was also enjoying the holiday with her daughters.

The 51-year-old actress of "Ghost," "G.I. Jane" and "A Few Good Men," among many other titles, was spotted in May at a "Dead Sara" concert in Los Angeles with her daughter Rumer Willis, reported. Rumer had reportedly introduced Moore to the 27-year-old drummer.

"Demi has been having an incredible time," a source who spent time with Moore in Mexico told People Magazine. "She looks amazing and she's been relaxed and happy – it's a perfect start to the New Year. She wants to leave all negativity behind."

Moore finalized her divorce from Kutcher, the star of the TV show "Two and a Half Man," in November, having been married to the actor for eight years.

The pair, who married in 2005, announced their separation in November 2011 following rumors of infidelity.

"It is with great sadness and a heavy heart that I have decided to end my six-year marriage to Ashton," Moore said in a statement at the time. "As a woman, a mother, and a wife there are certain values and vows that I hold sacred, and it is in this spirit that I have chosen to move forward with my life. This is a trying time for me and my family, and so I would ask for the same compassion and privacy that you would give to anyone going through a similar situation."

Kutcher is dating actress Mila Kunis, 30. The pair was recently spotted at a college wrestling match at the University of Iowa days before Christmas.
