A Boston-area labor union used a billboard
at the city's entrance Tuesday to express how its members felt about those responsible for Monday's Boston Marathon bombings: "Cowards."
IBEW Local 103, based in Dorchester, Mass., flashed the message on an electronic billboard in a move of solidarity for a city shaken by Monday's horrific tragedy.
