Christie Brinkley continues to defy her age as she celebrates her 60th birthday on Sunday. The trouble is finding men her age to date.

In a recent interview with Entertainment Tonight's Nancy O'Dell, the Michigan-born supermodel and actress discussed how she's dealing with aging, particularly when it comes to relationships and her difficulty finding men her age to date, CBS News reported.

"It seems like during this period that most of the guys are like 38, 39, 42, like that sort of age group," Brinkley said.

"It’s funny because I think that at that age they have nothing to prove," Brinkley added. "They’re very confident and do just what they want to do."

As for men closer to her age, the blonde bombshell and mother of three said she feels "quite invisible to them."

However, there do appear to be age restrictions when it comes to Brinkley's dating habits, with the supermodel telling Entertainment Tonight that she prefers a "10-year span" between her and her lovers.

Brinkley has had four husbands over the past 35 years. She was married last to businessman Peter Cook, whom she divorced in 2008.

In a separate interview with People magazine Brinkley said she was "actually excited about turning 60," adding, "I feel on top of my game."

As great as she feels, Brinkley wasn't ready to sport a two-piece bikini in the photo shoot, posing in a one-piece instead.

"My kids would be so embarrassed!" Brinkley told the magazine. "In private I may wear a bikini, but at the public beach with my kids I would change bathing suits because they do not want to be hanging out with some old broad in a bikini."

As for how Brinkley maintains her physique, the former model told Us Weekly, "I like to do things and have fun. ... I really go use the Total Fitness gym. That's not just advertising."

Brinkley also credited her kids for keeping her fit; all three motivate her to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
