Chinese villagers were stunned when they saw a chicken's giant egg, which had two yolks and another perfectly formed egg inside.
Villagers in Guizhou, Southwest China were reportedly shocked by the size of the hen's egg, which was three times the size of a regular egg. They were even more dumbfounded, however, when they cracked it open and discovered two yolks and another egg inside.

Most eggs weigh 2 oz. This egg weighed almost quarter of a pound but does not break any world records. The largest hen egg on record weighed nearly 12 ounces, according to the Guiness Book of World Records.
The 87-year-old woman who owns the chicken, identified in a video as Ms. Yang, said that she thought the hen was dying when she saw it laying the egg. The hen has been laying over-sized eggs for three weeks and this is the fourth or fifth one it has produced.
“I’m more than 80 now and I’ve never seen an egg like this before,” Yang says in the video.
Yang attributes the monstrous size of the egg to it’s all rice diet. The chicken shunned corn that the rest of the chickens were eating.
