Cher's insecurities are reportedly beginning to show as the 67-year-old music icon prepares to launch her last ever tour – Dressed to Kill – which kicks off Saturday in Phoenix.
The insecurities apparently arose during rehearsals over the past few days with Cher opening up to fans on Twitter about her concern that she was too old to perform some of the routines on stage.
"On way 2 (to) rehearsal. So [expletive] complicated. Why can’t I just sing! I started the whole ‘extravaganza show’ (in) ’79. Every1 (sic) made fun of me!" Cher tweeted on Tuesday.

A day later, Cher continued, "Just left rehearsal. Came home 2 (to) do homework! I hope you remember that u (you) love me when I [expletive] up!… Aching all over! Just remember you wanted me, and… I’m… almost 94!!!!!!"
"I have turned imperfection & insecurity in2 (into) an art form!" Cher concluded.
The El Centro, Calif.-native, nicknamed the "Goddess of Pop," has been performing since 1963 and sold more than 100 million solo albums and more than 40 million records while she was singing as part of a duo with her former husband and musical partner, the late Sonny Bono.
According to Billboard.com, Cher,
who was born Cherilyn Sarkisian, is the only female artist to have had a number-one single on a Billboard chart in each of the past six decades.
Aside from her music career, Cher has also been an accomplished actress, having won an Academy Award, a Grammy Award, an Emmy Award, and three Golden Globe Awards, starring in such films as "Moonstruck," "Mermaid," "Mask," and "Burlesque."
In the fast-approaching Dressed to Kill tour, Cher will be accompanied by Pat Benatar, Cyndi Lauper, and Neil Giraldo at different times throughout the tour, which will end on July 11, in San Diego, Calif.
