Bristol Palin will take another stab at reality television, bringing sister Willow for good measure, as the daughters of former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin switch lives with Joan and Melissa Rivers on ABC's "Celebrity Wife Swap" this month.

The Palin-Rivers swap will open the new season for the franchise, beginning June 23 at 8 p.m. Bristol Palin captured third place in ABC's "Dancing with the Stars" in 2010, but was voted off the fourth week of the show in during her second time around in 2012. She also starred in the reality show "Bristol Palin: Life is a Tripp" on Lifetime.

Palin was pushed into the media spotlight when her mother was named the vice presidential running with U.S. Sen. John McCain in the 2008 presidential race won by President Barack Obama.

The mother-daughter Rivers duo has hosted numerous "red carpet" shows for the E! Television, host the television show "Fashion Police" on E! and do the WE TV reality show "Joan and Melissa: Joan Knows Best?"

According to the Hollywood Reporter, during the June 23rd episode, Joan and Melissa Rivers will be entrusted with Bristol's son, Tripp, who rules the Palin household, with the tasked with bringing structure to the energetic 4-year-old.

Meanwhile, Bristol Palin will be thrown into the Rivers' hectic world of entertainment, where she'll have to navigate their demanding schedule and fill in as executive producer of "Fashion Police," as well as entertaining at formal dinner parties and caring for Melissa Rivers' 12-year-old son, Cooper.

"Celebrity Wife Swap" made its debut in January, 2012 as a spin-off of ABC's popular reality show "Wife Swap."

"Wife Swap" was first broadcasted in 2004 featuring two families from different social classes and lifestyles. The wives would switch families for a two-week period with cameras documenting the cultural and social challenges the families undergo.

The summer reality series will also feature the girlfriend and wife of former WWE wrestlers "The Nature Boy" Ric Flair and "Rowdy" Roddy Piper on Sunday, June 30, and actress Nia Peeples ("Young and the Restless," "Walker, Texas Ranger") swapping gigs with 1980's pop singer Tiffany on July 7.
