Is aspiring singer Brandon Howard Michael Jackson's secret love child?

That's what shipping heir and founder of FilmOn.com Alki David is claiming, but the DNA results he presented to the media this week are reportedly fake, according to TMZ.

The gossip site reported that David commissioned the DNA test to determine whether the King of Pop is 31-year-old Howard's biological father. He teamed up with Beverly Hills dental surgeon Dr. Joseph Goodman, who claimed to have a sample of Jackson's DNA from a dental device that he purchased at an auction.

Howard's mom is Micki "Billy" Howard, who knew Jackson in the '80s. Brandon Howard, who does closely resemble Jackson, was born in 1981, a year before Jackson sang about denying the paternity of a child in "Billie Jean."

David and Goodman presented the results at a news conference Thursday, saying there's a 99.9 percent probability match between Jackson and Howard.

But TMZ quickly debunked those results.

"TMZ obtained a photo of the DNA doc allegedly from a testing facility in Ireland called 'DNA Lab,'" the gossip site reported. "We searched high and low but could find no such generic DNA lab in Ireland. Skeptical, we investigated. A simple Google image search of 'DNA results' turns up a bunch of sample docs with the same exact easily-stealable format as the one we got. But — the coup de grace — we then Google image searched 'DNA logo' and the first result, literally, was the same DNA pic used in the 'DNA Lab' logo. And that's not even the best part — A reverse image search of the logo shows a bunch of results for 'Terminator Salvation.' A little more digging revealed the logo was used on promotion T-shirts for the movie."

Howard himself, who consented to the test, posted a video on Facebook ahead of the announcement saying he never professed to be Jackson's son.

"It seems a lot of people are speaking on my behalf, so I'm going to keep this short and simple," he said. "One, I did not call TMZ, I didn't put out a story, nothing. Two, I never proclaimed to be his son. Three, I am definitely not suing the estate ... I have been taken care of very well and also I make my own cash. Four, It's true I had a DNA test, but this had nothing to do with any of this, I swear on my life."
